Alliance Business Capital offers Hotel Bridge Loans as a Commercial Loan Broker. We work with 2-3 Bridge Lenders who have demonstrated the ability to fund loans that are originated by Alliance Business Capital and who are currently looking at Hospitality Properties up to a maximum loan to value of 65%.
Flagged Hotels are preferred however, boutique hotels are also considered on a case by case basis.
