Loan Term: | 5,7 or 10 Years |
Amortization: | 20,25 or 30 Years |
Minimum DSCR: | 1.40x |
Maximum LTV: | 70% in Top MSAs |
Interest Rate: | Fixed Rate throughout term |
Eligible Loan Purposes: | New Purchase Refinance |
Eligible Markets: | Major Markets |
Eligible Borrower: | Special-purpose entity required |
Reserves: | Taxes, Insurance and Replacement Reserves required |
Recourse: | Determined on deal basis |
Assumable: | Permitted subject to lender approval and an assumption fee |
Security: | First Mortgage |
Expense Deposit: | $25,000 + expense deposit-adequate to cover third-party reports, legal fees and other customary costs |
Origination Fee: | 1% to Alliance 0% - 1% to Lender |
